The 15-120T Tilting Aluminium Melting Furnace is a gas‑fired round furnace for aluminium ingots, scraps and master alloys, ideal for 1xxx/6xxx alloy rod and casting production. Equipped with dual regenerative burners, it recovers flue‑gas waste heat for higher thermal efficiency, faster melting and lower per‑ton production cost. Hydraulic tilting with closed‑loop PLC control, laser level monitoring, limit probes and emergency‑return function guarantee stable molten‑aluminum outflow and safe operation.
