The regenerative burner system stores heat from outgoing flue gas and uses it to preheat combustion air during the next firing cycle. This improves heat utilization and supports energy consumption of <=60 Nm3/t-Al under the specified test condition.
Hydraulic tilting is controlled by PLC calculation based on real-time launder level data. The laser distance meter enables +/-2 mm molten aluminum level control, supporting stable feeding to downstream equipment.
The molten bath area uses non-wetting aluminum castable, anti-penetration castable, lightweight insulation brick and aluminum silicate fiber board. Segmented castable construction helps absorb thermal expansion and reduce molten aluminum leakage risk.
The furnace door is hydraulically lifted and pressed by cylinders. Heat-resistant castings around the door opening create a reliable sealing surface, reducing heat loss and smoke leakage.
Each burner is equipped with automatic ignition and UV flame detection. If flame failure occurs, the system cuts off gas supply and triggers alarms to protect operators and equipment.
