The line integrates casting, straightening, feeding, shearing, heating, rolling, cooling and coiling, helping reduce material handling and improve production continuity.
The 4+8B two-roll mill configuration supports continuous industrial production, with 6-8 t/h capacity for H12/H14/H16 aluminum rod and 6-7 t/h for 8-series alloy rod.
The 2200 mm four-wheel horizontal continuous casting machine uses four-side spray cooling with 4 sections and 20 cooling zones, supporting controlled solidification and stable cast bar quality.
The line uses 4 separately driven roughing stands and 8 centrally driven finishing stands. The finishing mill adopts symmetrical eccentric adjustment for accurate roll gap control.
Ordinary AC motors are selected according to Grade 2 energy-efficiency requirements. The rolling and lubrication systems are designed for stable industrial operation and controlled cooling.
