What is an aluminum CCR line?
An aluminum CCR line, also called an aluminum continuous casting and rolling line, is a production line that continuously casts molten aluminum into a cast bar and rolls it into aluminum wire rod in one integrated process.
What raw materials can be used?
The line is suitable for molten aluminum or prepared aluminum feedstock after melting, refining and filtering. It can be used for high-conductivity aluminum, common aluminum and 8-series aluminum alloy rod production.
What aluminum rod sizes can be produced?
According to the provided technical configuration, the line can produce 9.5 mm, 12 mm and 15 mm aluminum rod. Other specifications can be discussed based on project requirements.
Can the production capacity be customized?
Yes. The documented configuration supports 6-8 t/h for H12/H14/H16 aluminum rod and 6-7 t/h for 8-series aluminum alloy rod. Capacity can be evaluated according to rod size, alloy grade and line configuration.
Do you provide installation and commissioning support?
Yes. Service engineers can provide on-site guidance for mechanical installation, electrical and instrument wiring, commissioning and installation acceptance according to the agreed project scope.
What equipment is included in the complete line?
A complete line can include melting furnace, holding furnace, continuous casting machine, straightener, front traction, rotary shear, hydraulic shear, induction heating section, roughing mill, finishing mill, cooling and lubrication systems, coiling machine, electrical control cabinet and auxiliary equipment.
Is the machine suitable for cable manufacturing plants?
