This double head intermediate wire drawing machine is suitable for copper wire processing between rod breakdown and fine wire drawing stages. The PM200-13-2 model processes two copper wires simultaneously, reducing production time while maintaining consistent wire diameter and surface quality. The machine can be matched with a ZLT4000-2 annealer for continuous drawing and annealing, helping cable factories produce hard copper wire or soft annealed copper wire according to downstream process requirements.
For projects that require higher output, the same source specification also includes the PM200-13-4 four-wire configuration and ZLT6000-2 annealer. The final machine layout, electrical configuration and take-up system can be customized according to plant space, production target, wire specification and voltage requirements.
