The feeding copper rod is continuously extruded and formed through the die in one process. This reduces intermediate production steps and supports cleaner, more efficient production.
The extrusion process generates heat through friction and pressure, so the feeding rod does not need preheating. This helps reduce energy consumption and simplify the production line.
The continuous extrusion process avoids process waste such as trimming residues and side cuts. The finished product rate can reach more than 90%, helping reduce production cost.
High-temperature plastic deformation during extrusion improves material density and grain structure. The process helps reduce resistivity and improve conductivity, making the machine suitable for electrical copper products.
The machine can use up-cast or continuously cast copper coil rod as raw material and produce long-length products. Finished products can be wound on spools for easier storage, handling and transportation.
