It is designed for copper rod manufacturers, wire and cable factories, electrical material producers and non-ferrous metal processing plants that require stable rod quality, smooth surface and low oxygen content. Based on the SL28-QW4B-S-B-8/20 configuration, the Oxygen Free Copper Rod Upcasting Line adopts a power-frequency induction combined furnace, 28-head servo upcasting machine, synchronous guiding and automatic coiling system to produce 8 mm, 12.5 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm OFC copper rods.
