The system is designed for aluminum furnace exhaust gas with sparks, high dust load and temperature fluctuation. Pretreatment, over-temperature protection and automatic air volume control help keep the system stable during continuous production.
Centrifugal pretreatment removes coarse particles and sparks before filtration. Low-pressure pulse cleaning reduces mechanical damage to filter bags, while PPS filter material supports demanding industrial flue gas conditions.
Inspection doors, maintenance platforms, ladders, ash hopper vibrators and star-type discharge valves improve daily operation and maintenance convenience.
The dust collector body uses sealed welded construction, anti-leakage design, rainproof top structure and reinforced steel modules. Flow-through parts use 304 stainless steel and Q235 composite plates according to the document design.
PLC-based data collection monitors system resistance, temperature, humidity, cleaning pressure, fan motor temperature and valve status. This supports predictive operation, safer fan running and more stable exhaust gas treatment.
