The JLY Cradle Type Stranding Machine is designed for the stranding of copper wire, aluminum wire and OPGW (Optical Ground Wire). Its cradle-type rotating structure is suitable for cable and conductor manufacturers that require stable strand formation, flexible bobbin arrangements and dependable continuous production.
The machine can be configured with different bobbin sizes and strand positions to suit a range of conductor constructions. Depending on the selected configuration, the JLY series supports both roller-supported and non-roller-supported operating arrangements, giving manufacturers additional flexibility when matching equipment to product specifications and production speed requirements.
Designed for copper wire and aluminum wire stranding as well as OPGW cable stranding applications.
Supports multiple bobbin arrangements, including 6B, 8B, 12B, 16B, 18B and 24B configurations according to model and operating arrangement.
Accommodates aluminum, copper, aluminum-clad steel and optical fiber units within the specified diameter ranges.
The cradle arrangement supports orderly wire payout and stable strand formation for continuous conductor production.
Technical configurations are available with supporting rollers and without supporting rollers to match different production requirements.
