The machine adopts a 9-pass two-roller rolling structure, including 5 horizontal stands and 4 vertical stands. The horizontal and vertical alternating layout helps ensure stable rod deformation and smooth continuous rolling.
This model is designed for rolling Ø20 mm oxygen-free copper rod into Ø8.0 mm finished rod with a tolerance of ±0.10 mm, suitable for copper rod processing before wire drawing.
Each rolling stand is driven by an independent motor and reducer. This allows the rolling speed and elongation ratio of each pass to be adjusted according to different materials and roll pass designs.
The machine uses PLC control with a 10-inch color touch screen. Operators can monitor line speed, motor frequency, current, working status and fault alarms in real time.
The open HMI interface allows operators to adjust production parameters when changing rod specifications, materials or roll pass design. This helps improve equipment flexibility and supports multi-specification production.

The system is delivered as a sequence of coordinated stations, each built and tested in-house before shipment.
Supports 2‑3‑ton copper coils, steadily feeds Ø20 mm oxygen‑free copper rod into the rolling section.
Straightens incoming copper rod to guarantee stable feeding condition before rolling process.
9‑stand two‑roller mill (5 horizontal +4 vertical), completes continuous reduction from Ø20 mm down to Ø8.0 mm.
Separate motor‑reducer set for each stand, enabling flexible speed & elongation‑ratio adjustment.
Circulating spray emulsion cooling & lubrication for rolls and copper rod during high‑speed rolling.
Electrically synchronized with main mill, collects finished Ø8.0 mm copper rod into 3‑ton coils.
Provides hydraulic power for protection and auxiliary actions of the whole rolling host.
PLC plus 10‑inch HMI touch‑screen, real‑time monitoring, parameter modification and fault alarm.
Reference size cover most projects. Intermediate capacities and custom configurations are engineered on request.
