The 3000T Copper Alloy Direct Double-Action Horizontal Extrusion Press Line is designed for the industrial production of copper alloy seamless tubes, rods, profiles and busbars. With a rated extrusion force of 3,000 tons, the line integrates a heavy-duty hydraulic extrusion press, precision piercing system, PLC automation, water-sealing equipment, step-type cooling table and cutting system.

The Continuous Extrusion Machine is designed for continuous extrusion of OFC copper rod into copper profiles, copper bars and round copper products. Using friction-generated heat and one-step extrusion forming technology, the machine provides high material utilization, stable product quality, low scrap rate and efficient long-length production for copper processing plants and electrical conductor manufacturers.
