The holding furnace maintains molten aluminum within the required process range before casting or transfer. Stable holding temperature helps downstream production achieve more consistent metal quality.
Optimized furnace lining, improved door sealing and controlled furnace pressure reduce unnecessary heat leakage. For suitable projects, regenerative combustion can further improve fuel efficiency.
The furnace door area uses heat-resistant castings with precision machining. Better flatness and sealing help reduce smoke leakage, heat escape and furnace door impact damage.
Refractory materials are selected according to the alloy and process. Segmented pouring, concave wedge joints and anchoring methods help adapt to thermal expansion while reducing lining failure risk.
The combustion system can be designed according to EU standards such as DIN-EN746 and configured with reliable control and detection units. Key components can be assembled and commissioned before delivery.
