    Magnesia‑series & chrome‑magnesia bricks for hearth, wall and roof; expansion‑joint roof design for thermal stability.

  • Water‑cooled Double Furnace Door

    Water‑jacket inclined door frame, good sealing, reduces flame leakage and heat loss.

  • Natural Gas Combustion System

    Two natural gas burners, complete air‑supply pipeline, stable flame heating for smelting & holding.

  • Natural Gas Reduction Device

    Injects methane for molten copper de‑oxidation, prepares qualified copper liquid for downstream CCR line.

  • Water‑cooling Circulation System

    Circulating water cooling for furnace door and high‑temperature components to prolong service life.

  • Molten Copper Discharge & Launder Assembly

    - Side outlet for molten copper, matched launder & ladle for transferring copper liquid to next‑stage equipment. -

  • Electrical & PLC Control System

    Siemens PLC + HMI touch‑screen, monitors combustion, reduction procedure and furnace temperature.
