Copper and copper alloy billets are selected, prepared, and heated to the required extrusion temperature according to material grades and product specifications.
Heated billets are extruded through precision dies using a hydraulic press. An integrated piercing system supports seamless copper tube production.
Extruded copper tubes, bars, and profiles pass through controlled cooling and transfer systems to support dimensional stability and efficient downstream processing.
