This gear type large wire drawing machine is used for reducing copper rod, aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod into different finished wire diameters. It is suitable for power cable, building wire, electrical conductor and non-ferrous metal wire processing applications.
According to the source image, the available reference configurations include D9, D11 and D13 models with 9, 11 and 13 dies. The production line can be matched with a T5000 annealer, S630 single spooler, SS630 double spooler or S800 coiler according to material type, finished wire diameter and take-up requirements.
The gear-driven design provides a practical and proven structure for rod breakdown drawing, suitable for continuous production in cable and conductor factories.
The machine can process copper wire, aluminum wire and aluminum alloy conductor wire, supporting diversified production needs.
