This gear type rod breakdown machine is used for processing copper rod, aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod into different wire diameters. It is suitable for power cable, building wire, electrical conductor and non-ferrous metal wire processing applications.

The machine uses a gear-driven drawing structure with 450 mm drawing cone and 450 mm capstan wheel. According to the source image, the available reference configurations include D9-2, D11-2 and D13-2 models with 9, 11 and 13 dies. The line can be matched with an annealer, single spooler, double spooler or coiler according to material, wire size and take-up requirement.
