The Wire Stranding Machine, also known as a copper wire buncher, is used to twist multiple copper wires together into a stable stranded conductor. It is suitable for producing flexible copper conductors, cable cores, control cable conductors, electrical wire conductors and other copper wire products where consistent lay pitch and reliable take-up tension are required.
Based on the product page specifications, the series covers compact and large bobbin models from JR500 to JR1000. The machine supports S or Z twisting direction, PLC-assisted magnetic powder clutch tension control, and electrical-hydraulic bobbin loading and unloading. This configuration helps improve production stability, reduce manual handling difficulty and maintain consistent finished conductor quality.
JR500, JR630, JR800 and JR1000 models are available to match different bobbin sizes, production ranges and workshop requirements.
The machine twists multiple copper wires into a compact conductor with controlled lay pitch, helping maintain stable conductor structure during downstream cable manufacturing.
The stranding direction can be selected as S or Z according to cable design, conductor construction and customer process requirements.
Take-up tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch with PLC, supporting smoother winding and more consistent conductor quality.
