Each drawing wheel is driven by an independent motor, allowing more accurate speed matching, stable wire tension and smoother drawing performance during continuous aluminum wire drawing.
The machine can process Phi 9.5 mm aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod, making it suitable for both pure aluminum wire and alloy conductor wire production.
The equal-diameter wheel structure helps improve wire drawing stability and supports continuous production with reliable mechanical performance.
The machine is available with 9, 11 or 13 drawing drafts, allowing customers to choose the suitable configuration according to outlet wire diameter and production requirements.
Depending on the model, the machine can produce aluminum wire from Phi 1.7 mm to Phi 4.5 mm and aluminum alloy wire from Phi 1.7 mm to Phi 5.0 mm.
