The LFDT450 Equal-Diameter Wheel Type Aluminium Rod Breakdown Machine is designed for drawing Phi 9.5 mm aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod into round aluminum wire with different outlet diameters. Each drawing capstan is driven by an individual motor, helping achieve stable drawing performance, flexible wire size control and reliable operation for aluminum wire and cable production.

    Equal‑diameter 450 mm capstan structure; 9/11/13‑draft optional, each capstan with independent‑motor drive.

  • Drawing Die Box Assembly

    Precision drawing dies for multi‑pass diameter reduction, supports quick‑die‑change operation.

  • Lubrication & Cooling System

    Circulating lubricant cooling for drawing wheels and dies, guarantees smooth wire surface.

  • Tension Control Unit

    Precise tension adjustment to stabilize wire tension during high‑speed drawing, reduce wire breakage.

  • Take‑up Unit

    Optional single‑spooler, dual spooler or automatic coiler for different finished‑wire packaging demands.
