Following the successful delivery of the aluminum rod factory, PINMI is continuing to support TT Cables Company in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a complete copper CCR production line project. The copper rod plant is located next to the aluminum rod factory, forming an integrated production base for electrical aluminum rods and copper rods used in cable and conductor manufacturing.
The copper CCR line is currently in the delivery stage and includes a 15T/H copper smelting vertical furnace, an 8T copper holding furnace, and a 15T/H pure two-roll copper CCR production line. This configuration is designed to support stable, continuous and efficient copper rod production for electrical cable applications.
As part of the same overseas industrial project, the aluminum rod CCR production line and the copper rod CCR production line were delivered successively, demonstrating PINMI’s capability in multi-line project coordination, full-factory integration, equipment customization and organized international delivery. From aluminum rod production to copper rod production, PINMI provides reliable engineering solutions for cable manufacturers who require complete non-ferrous metal processing systems.
This project further proves PINMI’s strength in delivering turnkey copper rod plants, copper continuous casting and rolling lines, copper shaft furnace systems, aluminum rod CCR lines and complete cable conductor production solutions for overseas customers, especially projects requiring European-standard equipment selection, efficient execution and long-term production reliability.
