Turnkey Electrical Aluminum and Copper Rod Production Line Project Delivered to European Standards
PINMI GROUP successfully delivered an electrical aluminum and copper rod production project for TT Cables Company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This project was fully designed, coordinated and managed end-to-end by our General Manager, Simba, covering the complete process from engineering planning, equipment selection, factory prefabrication, international shipping, on-site construction to final commissioning.
The processing plant completed equipment prefabrication within five months, followed by approximately two months of overseas shipping and around four months of on-site installation and construction at the client’s factory. With efficient project organization, strict technical management and close on-site coordination, the complete production line achieved successful commissioning in one go, demonstrating PINMI’s strong capability in turnkey aluminum rod CCR line projects, copper rod production line engineering, overseas factory integration and large-scale industrial project delivery.

The project is equipped with a complete aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling system, including:
- 40T aluminum melting furnace
- Two 25T aluminum holding furnaces
- 4+10 type aluminum rod CCR production line
- Cooling towers
- Dust collection system
- Aluminum dross treatment system
- Nitrogen generator
- Air compressor system
- Filtration units
- Wire feeding machines
- Other customized auxiliary equipment
All supporting equipment was strictly selected and specially customized according to the client’s production requirements and European market standards. Key equipment was supplied with CE certification, ensuring compliance with European safety, quality and operating requirements.
